Excercise Little Steps Each Day


C’mon ladies…… sat the post above says….. We simply love our food. We can always find an excuse not to excercise, I’ve done it a few times lately. A bad day with the kiddies, a hard day at work, Feeling blue ??? For us mummies who have to work at making our bodies lose weight, below is a simple chart – 30 day Abs and Squat Challenge that you can do at home, that won’t take long. I’m starting this tomorrow, I want to be slim for the summer::)))
